Please read these terms carefully before booking our services

TERMS & CONDITIONS

POINT TO POINT/DEPARTURE BOOKINGS

Come with 15 minutes grace period from booking time

ALL ARRIVAL BOOKINGS

Come with 60 minutes grace period from flight/cruise arrival time

MIDNIGHT SURCHARGE

$10 is applicable for bookings between 23:00HRS-06:30HRS (point to point/departure/arrival based on pick up time)

HOURLY BOOKINGS PRICING

Price is all inclusive for hourly bookings (parking/toll/fuel/unlimited usage)

WAITING CHARGES

Apply at $10 per 15 minutes block after grace period for all service types excluding hourly booking

AIRPORT DELAYS

We do not take any responsibility if there is a delay in the airport due to exit from plane, immigration, luggage clearance or lost/damaged luggages

SURCHARGE FOR CERTAIN LOCATIONS

All transfers to/from Tuas, Lim Chu Kang & Jurong Island may incur a surcharge between $10-$20

ADVANCE BOOKING REQUIREMENT

Kindly call/WhatsApp our hotline number for bookings less than 8 hours prior to pick up to secure your booking

INFANT/CHILD SEATS

Request at an additional cost

MEET & GREET SERVICE

Placard service comes at an additional cost of $15

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

All credit card payments are subject to a 10% bank surcharge

DRIVER AND VEHICLE DETAILS

Will be sent via WhatsApp or email 1-2 days prior for advance bookings

CANCELLATION CHARGES

Are as follows:

  • 8 HOURS BEFORE - Full Refund
  • 4 HOURS BEFORE - 50% of Fare
  • 2 HOURS BEFORE - 100% of Fare
